2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Renton Ruta Segura provides coaching and assistance services to help clients pass their driving written and practical tests in the state of Washington and other states across the USA. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation for written driving license examinations
- Coaching for practical driving tests
- Assistance with documentation required by licensing departments
- Guidance on licensing procedures and requirements
3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
3.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be legally eligible to obtain a driver’s license in your state of residence
- Provide valid identification as required by state law
- Meet any additional requirements specified by your state’s department of motor vehicles
- Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your ability to drive safely
3.2 Registration and Information
When registering for our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Fees and Payment
- All services require upfront payment before commencement of instruction or assistance.
- Prices for our services are posted on our Website or provided during consultation and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of registration.
4.2 Guarantee
Renton Ruta Segura guarantees that clients will pass their driving tests with our coaching services. If a client does not pass their test after completing our full coaching program, the client will not be required to pay for the services provided. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The client must have attended all scheduled sessions
- The client must have followed all instructions provided by our coaches
- The client must have provided valid identification as required
- The client must have made a reasonable effort to apply the coaching provided
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Valid Identification
Clients must provide valid identification as required by state law for driving instruction and licensing procedures. Acceptable forms of identification will be specified at the time of registration and may include:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Proof of residency documents
- Current driver’s license (if applicable)
5.2 Attendance and Participation
Clients are expected to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions on time
- Actively participate in all instruction and practice sessions
- Complete any assigned preparation work
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend a scheduled session
5.3 Conduct
Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during all sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for any client who:
- Engages in unsafe driving practices
- Is disrespectful or abusive to instructors or staff
- Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Repeatedly fails to follow instructions
6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
6.1 By Client
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
6.2 By Renton Ruta Segura
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Unsafe weather or road conditions
- Vehicle mechanical issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients as soon as possible and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Service Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality instruction and assistance, we cannot guarantee:
- That every client will pass their driving test on the first attempt (though our guarantee applies as specified in Section 4.2)
- The actions or decisions of state licensing authorities
- Changes in state licensing requirements or procedures
7.2 Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renton Ruta Segura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any actions or decisions of licensing authorities
- Accidents or incidents that occur during instruction or testing
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Renton Ruta Segura or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute any content from our Website without our prior written consent.
